Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items with removed, damaged, or tampered tags cannot be accepted for return. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Underwear and Intimate Apparel
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, lingerie, swimwear bottoms, bodysuits, or any intimate apparel if the hygiene seal has been broken, removed, or if the item has been worn. These items may only be returned if they are unopened, unworn, with all original tags and hygiene stickers intact, and in their original sealed packaging. Items that show any signs of wear, washing, or removal from hygiene packaging are final sale.
Makeup and Cosmetics Return Policy
General Makeup Returns
All makeup and cosmetic products must be returned within 30 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all seals, wrapping, and tags intact.
Unopened Products
Unopened and unused makeup products in their original sealed packaging may be returned for a full refund. Products must have all cellophane wrapping, safety seals, and protective coverings intact.
Opened/Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used makeup products, including but not limited to:
- Liquid foundations, concealers, and primers
- Lip products (lipsticks, glosses, liners, liquid lipsticks)
- Mascara and liquid eyeliners
- Cream products (blushes, bronzers, highlighters, eyeshadows)
- Liquid/gel products
- Makeup sponges and applicators
- Any product where the seal has been broken or shows signs of use
Defective Products
If you receive a defective makeup product (broken, damaged, wrong shade, or quality issues), please contact us immediately at help@solariboutique.com with photos of the issue. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
Color Matching Issues
Due to variations in screen displays and lighting, we cannot accept returns solely based on color not matching expectations. We recommend reviewing swatches and descriptions carefully before purchasing. However, unopened products may still be eligible for return under our general policy.
Multi-Pack and Set Returns
Makeup sets, bundles, and multi-packs must be returned complete and intact. Partial returns of set components are not accepted.
All other standard return conditions and procedures apply as outlined in our general return policy.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
